What a blessed time of worshipping, fellowshipping, and gifting on Sunday, December 22nd!

We all enjoyed a wonderful preached word by our Pastor. Check out our CHRISTMAS MESSAGE on our YouTube Channel: https://youtu.be/GGKFBIU_pws

Blessed be the Lord for the gift of Eternal life through Him!

Our 17th Anniversary was celebrated on November 24th: Our Powerful God rendered a Powerful Day of Worshipping, Feasting, and Giving!

Not only did we celebrate our Pastor and Church 17th Anniversary, but In the Spirit of the Season, we hosted a special time of Worshipping, Feasting and Giving. We provided a hot and delicious Thanksgiving Meal following service for everyone attending -- Free of Charge. We culminated our Special Time of Giving Weekend by feeding the homeless on and providing several Thanksgiving Baskets to families in need.

We declared this Anniversary as a Special Time of Giving. You can still sow a seed into the ministry via our Givelify Link.

We love our Pastor... and we took the time to show him and love him on October 20th; It was a blessed time in the Lord! Rev. Damion Briggs delivered a powerful word from John 14:14-16: "Your Priorities that Connect you with Prior Plans." We learned the true meaning of love: Love is a word of accountability which is revealed by the platform of the person.

Thank God for Rev. Dr. Rickey Jones, God's true holy representative who labors in the vineyard for God's people without compromise! We celebrate and love you for your works' sake!

Women's Worship Weekend, held September 21-22, 2019, was a true Blessing! This year's Theme: "Walking by Faith" offered us the opportunity to dig deeper into the scriptures and see how God blessed those who exercised their faith. Many were made whole by their faith! We had dancing and singing, and shouting all over the place and closed the workshop with a prayer tunnel which was the ultimate uplifting experience. We culminated our WWW with our annual First Lady Appreciation Service held on Sunday. Such love and high praise, giving honor to whom honor was due: First Lady Katherine D. Jones. Surely the Presence of the Lord is in this Place!

Father's Day Weekend was an enjoyable and celebratory occasion. We spent the weekend together participating in a number of physical fitness activities, challenges, competitions, and events. Thank God for the Godly fathers at LELJBC.

Each year we take the time on Mother's Day to celebrate all the LELJBC moms. On Saturday, May 11th, the Moms extended Mother's Day into a Women's Wellness Weekend; we participated in a Get Fit Boot Camp. On Sunday, May 12th, we worshipped together and received a word from the Lord through our Pastor about a special mom. We also rejoiced together, praised together, and dined together during a special off-site Mother's Day Brunch. It was a blessed time in the Lord!

Resurrection Sunday, April 21st, was reflective and celebratory indeed as we gave praise and worship to our Risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Our Black History Month Celebration on February 17, 2019 was a glorious time in the Lord...

We celebrated and reflected on our past through hymns and songs and recitations. We received a word from Lord delivered by our Pastor that reminded us from whence we've come, reminded us of the murmurings of the children of Israel, and cautioned us to be forever grateful for the Victory we have in Jesus!
